Dr. Parasram Ramraj
Specialist Surgeon.
Dr. Ramraj as a new member of our General Surgery team. The Medical Board of Trinidad and Tobago has certified his specialist qualification. He is also currently part of the General Surgery service at the San Fernando General Hospital and is an Associate Lecturer in Surgery at the University of the West Indies.
With over twenty years of surgical experience, Dr. Ramraj has worked in several countries and has presented numerous scientific reports both nationally and internationally. He is also published in international peer reviewed journals.
Dr. Ramraj is competent in open and laparoscopic General surgery. “Rishi” as he is affectionately known has a Fellowship in Gastrointestinal Oncosurgery from the University of Milan, Italy. He will accept referrals and patient walk-ins for all aspects of General Surgery.
