Dr. Sirju graduated from the University of the West Indies with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS). He went on to pursue post graduate studies in the United Kingdom and obtained the Membership of the Royal College of Physicians of the UK. Thereafter he secured his Membership of the the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. He subsequently registered and became board certified as a specialist of Internal and General Medicine in Trinidad and Tobago. Although he has a vast number of years experience in different sub-specialties in medicine and surgery, he is not limited to internal medicine since his practice encompasses the diversity of general practice as well. Dr. Sirju is directly attached to the hospital and his private office for clinics on site and offers a wide range of medical services including admissions, in-patient and out-patient management in addition to medical coverage and consultancy services after hours on call. Dr. Sirju is on call everyday after working hours as well as all day on Sunday. To clarify, he is on call after 4pm from Monday to Friday, after 1pm on Saturday and all day on Sunday.
